Debbie Salter
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Debbie is the Founder and Director of Dynamic Commercial Collections and has performed as a debt collector and senior paralegal since 2001. She holds a reputation in assisting clients with handling difficult debts and utilising her knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations to her advantage.
During her 18 years of experience, Debbie has worked either as a Debt Collector for The ARMS Global Group, a Debt Collection Manager at Professional Recovery Services and as a Senior Paralegal for various well known law firms such as Jones King Lawyers, Rostron Carlyle Rojas Solicitors, BOSS Lawyers, DSS Law and Taylor McDonald Lawyers (formerly known as McDonald Phillips Lawyers).
Through this experience, she has gained valuable knowledge with the legal processes throughout Australia specialising in Claims, QCAT Claims, Judgments, QCAT Decisions, Enforcement Action, Bankruptcy and Insolvency. From there, formed Dynamic Commercial Collections where she has developed field services and debt collection best practices and affordable professional services.
Jess Faris
Practice Manager AND SKIP TRACER
Jess is a highly accomplished Practice Manager and Skip Tracer who drives compliant recovery through exceptional operational design and technical expertise. Her competitive edge stems from 26 years of high-level technical and project management experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT).
Jess translates the rigorous standards of her ICT career, where she managed complex projects for Tier-1 entities including Rio Tinto, BHP, Telstra, and NextDC, into the debt collection field. This background ensures a systematic, governance-focused, and results-driven approach to every portfolio.
Her dual mastery is focused on maximising compliant recovery rates through process excellence and advanced investigative methods. As an accredited specialist in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) methodology and Cyber Intelligence, she utilises data forensics and strategic analysis to efficiently resolve the most complex, difficult-to-locate accounts across Australia. Jess is committed to high team performance while guaranteeing unwavering adherence to the ACCC/ASIC Debt Collection Guidelines and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Deb Harris
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Deb has been in the debt collection industry for 30 years, working with a number of collection agencies. During her time in the industry, she has assisted Clients in all different industries: Education, commercial businesses/companies, sole traders, international companies, medical, building, unions, superannuation, body corporates, telecommunications, just to name a few.
In the course of her career, she has also managed agencies’ offices and staff. Deb has experience in training staff in the collection procedures and arranging training seminars for Clients in the recovery of outstanding accounts. She has attended a number of Client’s offices to assist in their internal procedures.
As an Account Manager, she has been involved in legal action and discussing and recommending action to her Clients, and working closely with Solicitors in the recovery of outstanding accounts. Deb brings a wealth of collection knowledge to Dynamic and her high standard in customer care for our Clients.
