If you are an existing client and would like to lodge a new debt, please continue below to fill out the “Debtor Information” form. When lodging a debt, please attach as much documentation as possible so we can speed up the process of lodging all debtor information into our debt collection system. When the above information has been received, we will proceed to scan the debtor’s information into the system and on the same day our first letter of demand will be generated and sent out.

Step 1: How to Fill Out the Debtor Information Form

When lodging a debt, please attach as much documentation as possible so we can speed up the process of lodging all debtor information into our debt collection system.

Example documentation:

– All contact details for the debtor including email address
– Invoices and statement of account
– Purchase Orders
– Delivery Dockets
– Credit Applications
– Any emails from the debtor where they have acknowledged or disputed the debt.

When the above information has been received, we will proceed to scan the debtor’s information into the system and on the same day our first letter of demand will be generated and sent out.
